LIA NALBANTIDOU

Born in 1967, Thessaloniki. Studied Photography (Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography) at the Columbus College of Art & Design, Columbus - Ohio USA (1991). She worked as an intern at: the Leo Castelli Gallery - NYC and the National Museum of American Art - Washington D. C., gaining working experience in the fields of modern American and contemporary art. In 2000, she participated as scholarship recipient, at the Postgraduate Program: Project Area Body/ Internationale Frauenuniversität - Universities of Hannover and Bremen,Germany. Since 1993, she works as freelance photographer and conducts art/photography workshops. SOLO EXHIBITIONS
